I offer a confidential and safe setting to talk over problems and/or issues that have become overwhelming or difficult to share with friends and family.  However, you do not have to be in crises to have therapy. Many people come to therapy to make sense of their lives and making the first step is the hardest.

I have experience with an extensive variety of life issues and have many years of experience in both psychotherapy and counselling. Whether you intend to come for a short time or long term I am able to help you with your challenges, changes and help you find a way forward.

Are you finding it difficult to connect or communicate with your partner?  This is often a natural impasse with couples whether you have been together for six months or sixty years.  Life can change and we often find this challenging especially when it comes to attachment to a significant other.  I am an experienced couples therapist who can help you find a way through your problems.

The first point of call is contact by telephone or email and I will respond as quickly as I can.  We may speak on the telephone or have a few email correspondences.  I may then suggest that you come in for an initial session to talk over your needs and discuss a way forward.
